Our modern 95 sqm holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms for up to 4 people, a light-filled living room with a balcony, and air conditioning for those hot summer days.
From here you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and even the Mediterranean Sea, which is only 15 km away.
The sophisticated and extensive facilities leave nothing to be desired.
Living room
Comfortable corner couch with coffee table, TV with connections for Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and much more, dining table with four chairs, and various dressers.
Air conditioning
No direct drafts in any room. Cools and heats according to the season and your needs.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, plenty of pots, pans, glasses, spices, cutlery, and much more. Everything a professional chef's heart desires is there.
Bedroom
Two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and ample bedding. One bedroom has a TV with all the necessary connections (Netflix, Prime, etc.), a wardrobe, bedside tables, and lamps.
Bathroom
Two bathrooms, each with a toilet, bidet, sink, and cabinets. One bathroom has a shower, and the other bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function. Towels, bath towels, soap, etc. are all provided.
Balcony
A large balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning and end the day in the evening, with a magnificent view of the urbanization, the mountains, and the sea in the distance.
Additional
This great vacation rental also comes with a washing machine and lounge chairs for the pool right around the corner. There's also free high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for surfing the web and working from home.
In this quiet unit, you can use the elevator to reach the second floor or use the stairs.
A private parking space is also available right in front of the door.

The Panorámica Golf urbanization is like a small resort: two golf courses, several restaurants, tennis courts, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and 24/7 security make your stay pleasant and worry-free.

If you don't play golf, that's wonderful, because the resort has so much to offer: a wide variety of sports facilities, great pools nearby (and the apartment is far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet), the sea with its expansive sandy beach, or simply the opportunity to spend hours walking or cycling.
Families especially appreciate the large pool area (approximately 80 m long pool, whirlpool and children's pool)* and the many leisure options – from children's playgrounds to relaxing walking paths.
* The pool area is available from May to the end of September.

Our holiday apartment is located in Sant Jordi, amidst beautiful countryside on the Costa del Azahar. Just a 15-minute drive from the Mediterranean Sea, with its beaches in Vinaròs, Benicarló, and picturesque Peñíscola and its castle.
The region also has a lot to offer culturally – from Spanish festivals to excursions to the Ebro Delta.

Simply fantastic. From the very beginning, the host showed exceptional dedication and kindness. I asked him for a special favor to surprise my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and he not only did it but far exceeded my expectations: he prepared beautiful decorations, numerous thoughtful touches, and welcome gifts that I never could have imagined. He was 100% committed to helping me, and it was clear he did it with genuine affection. The house was immaculate, spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. The area is incredibly peaceful, perfect for getting away from it all, and parking is very convenient.
It was one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. I wish all hosts were like this. I can 200% recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making everything so special!
